Borehamwood Fire Crews are offering residents FREE CPR awareness sessions to teach basic life-saving skills of how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
The sessions are not training courses and will not lead to a qualification, they are designed to raise awareness and teach a valuable skill that can be used in an emergency.
The sessions are offered on a first come first served basis, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The available dates are Monday 18th December at 6.30pm and Monday 8th January at 2pm.
Each session will last between one to two hours and will be held at Borehamwood Fire Station.
